Trevi's red water

October 19 - Rome, Italy - The waters of Rome's famous Trevi Fountain turned blood red after a man threw paint into the basin in a bizarre act of vandalism apparently inspired by the Futurists of the early 20th century.

Is that art or vandalism?
After all the look of the famous fountain became so cool... all the water was bloody red and i took the shot just to immortalate the event.
